William H. Murray: Crystal Ball on 2011

Hi Everyone,

It’s always interesting when Bill starts talking about the things on his radar screen for industry to be looking at in the year ahead. This New Year will most certainly see increased capacity and speed. The video is posted below however the audio Quality is not up to our normal standards.
